Real life stories of Government-Run healthcare in action.
Before Congress considers any form of government-run health care in the United States, they should listen to the voices of patients in other national healthcare systems who were denied care because their government deemed it too costly or delayed care because of long waiting lists for surgery or diagnostic tests.
Any serious discussion of health care reform that does not include choice, competition, accountability and responsibility — the four "pillars" of patients' rights — will result in our government becoming an overbearing "nanny-state," making decisions based on what bureaucrats think is best for society, and what politicians decide is best for the government’s budget rather than patients and doctors deciding what is best for each unique individual.
Here is a series of stories produced by "Conservatives for Patients Rights." These are the Faces of Government Healthcare, The victims of a useless, harmful system of healthcare.
